Kristopher C. Piereth. Admitted to practice law in 2007, Kristopher specializes in family law and criminal law. He has extensive experience representing clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges, both adult and juvenile, as well as handling divorce and parentage disputes and post-decree enforcement issues. Kristopher excels in drafting and negotiating favorable agreements and parenting plans, saving his clients valuable time and money. In criminal defense, he handles everything from traffic tickets to felonies, successfully negotiating outcomes, mitigating penalties, and achieving winning results at trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Kristopher C. Piereth gained valuable experience at the McHenry County Public Defender’s Office, where he focused on DUI defense and domestic batteries. He handled a high volume of cases, conducting thorough research, motion practice, and trial work. Kristopher’s secret to success lies in his exceptional communication skills and the empathy he shows his clients. He understands the importance of building strong relationships and providing compassionate support throughout the legal process.

Kristopher C. Piereth earned his Juris Doctor degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he received a partial scholarship. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Science, Speech Communication, with a Minor in English from The University of Illinois. He is a proud member of several professional associations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Kane County Bar Association, the DCBA-Dupage County Bar Association, and the Dekalb County Bar Association.​
